However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how our return and refund process works.
Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
- The tablet must include all accessories (stylus, batteries, etc.) if applicable.
- Items showing physical damage, scratches, or signs of use cannot be refunded.
Proof of Purchase
Please include your order number or the original invoice received by email when requesting a return.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at contact.yolakids@yahoo.com to request a return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and shipping instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact.yolakids@yahoo.com with a photo of the issue.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
